I had drove past this place plenty of times before, just glancing at it. Today I finally decided to see what they are all about, while doing a little day drinking. When you first walk into RockStarz Karaoke Bar & Grill you see the stage and dance floor to your left. And a fucking fantastically stocked bar to straight ahead to your right! See that exclamation point? I got excited just then. Most bars locally have a decent stock but limited flavors or missing products. RockStarz had the whole line available and ready to go.
    Although it was lunch time when I walked in, I was a bit surprised to see more than a handful of people inside. That was perfect, I like to see how things really work in places. What I noticed was there was a Manager, Cook, and Bartender all rolled into one. I was praying for a steak and a strawberry margarita on the rocks when I asked for a menu. They didn't have a steak so I settled for the steak bites. Although I might skip the food next time, that liquid love was magical.
    I got a chance to chat it up with the bartender Bree. She was really dope. I asked her about her specialty drink and her drink recommendation. Bree introduced me to a little blue demon in a glass with no name. That little sneaky blue bitch got me, it was instant love. Nothing too sweet, also not too strong tasting. It was just right.
    Every good bartender has a signature drink right? Well Ms. Bree served me up a shot that she claimed has the smell of Lemon Head candy. Before I got a chance to wrap my lips around it she stopped me and made me smell it. I'll be damned, it smelled and taste just like Lemon Heads. Over all I say hell yeah I'll go back!
